Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Most orders arrive within:

  • United States: 7–21 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided once orders have shipped. Tracking updates may take several days to appear depending on the carrier.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow additional transit time before contacting support. If an order appears lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
