Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Orders already shipped cannot be canceled

Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside of our control
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
